JunesGlow Refund & Return Policy

At JunesGlow, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural cosmetic products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help.


1. 

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped, unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.


2. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 5 days of delivery:

  • Email us at contact@junesglow.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
    • A description of the issue

Once we verify the damage or error, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No returns are necessary.


3. 

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@junesglow.com. We will correct the mistake by either:

  • Sending you the correct product at no extra cost, or
  • Issuing store credit if the correct product is unavailable.

4. 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to change your shipping address or correct any order information, please contact us immediately at (689) 284-2641 or email contact@junesglow.com.


5. 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You were charged but your item is out of stock, or
  • We determine your request meets refund eligibility due to an error on our end.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed JunesGlow error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
